Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. The food you choose can rev up your metabolism and set the tone for your day. However, mornings are often super busy, so taking the time to make and eat breakfast can seem like a luxury. Smoothies are an easy way to make sure that you have a healthy balanced breakfast that doesn’t take much time to prepare. In fact, I usually make mine the night before so I can just grab it from the fridge and go in the morning.

Here are three of my favorite smoothie recipes:

Berry Delicious Smoothie

Also great to have after a workout.
