Post-Workout Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to have a healthy and filling post-workout snack or breakfast. However, sometimes you may not want to break out the blender but want something a little more exciting than a scoop of protein powder mixed with water. My answer to this is my post-workout smoothie recipe below. It’s healthy and filling and doesn’t involve anything more complicated than a shaker cup.

However, I include additional options for your post-workout smoothies, if you have more time or would like some variety.
